1. Standard Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the date of travel will receive a 100% refund, minus any non-refundable booking fees for flights or specific hotels.
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total package cost.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 14 days of travel, or no-shows on the day of arrival, will not be eligible for a refund. The full package amount will be forfeited.
3. Peak Season Bookings
For travel during peak seasons (such as Tulip Festival in April, or Christmas/New Year holidays), a stricter cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 45 days in advance for a full refund.
4. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed by our team.
